As we are working in a small and confined space, we have clients and therapists who have allergies and/or sensitivities to many common fragrances such as perfumes, colognes, body lotions, body sprays, smoke, etc.  Please be mindful of others and refrain from wearing or try to limit

your exposure to these the day of your session as these tend to linger in the common areas of the office affecting others even hours after sessions have ended.  Also, during sessions, cell phones are off. We thank you in advance and look forward to working with you!

Therapeutic Massage
A 60 or 90-minute firm pressure massage using deep strokes and pressure to release muscle tension. It is an excellent treatment for bodies that have been overexerted and need special attention to specific muscle groups.

Aromatherapy*

Enhance your massage by adding one of our essential oils.
Each aroma has its own unique benefits and naturally alleviates
the body of impurities.

*AromaTouch Technique: doTERRA Essential oils

This 60-minute session incorporates simple hand techniques with the power of pure essential oils to address four systemic constants that are present in daily life and which may serve as limiting factors in health: stress, immunity, the inflammatory response, and autonomic imbalance.

*Raindrop Technique®

Rejuvenate the mind. Balance the body. Young Living’s proprietary Raindrop Technique® combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. The technique provides a revolutionary means of nurturing harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Back, Neck and Shoulders (Focused Massage)

Short on time or need to stop in during a lunch break? A combination of massage techniques and customized pressure will help to ease your back, neck and shoulders into a state of rejuvenation in a short amount of time in either a 15 or 30-minute session.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) is a gentle, light-touch, non-invasive therapy that helps restore and maintain health in the human body. While not a manipulative therapy, it has its roots in osteopathy and has evolved to include advances in neuroscience, human
development, pre- and perinatal psychology, and trauma resolution. Practitioners are trained to facilitate the resolution of conditions resulting from stress, overwhelm, and injury.

Burn or Scar Massage

Burn Survivors require a special type of massage for ongoing recovery and relief from the pain, restriction and tightened tissue resulting from a burn injury. Our Burn Scar Massage Therapists are happy to assist with this special population of clients to safely increase circulation, lymphatic flow and relaxation to the affected areas.

Warm Bamboo Rod or Warm Stone Massage**

Melt into your treatments by adding the healing touch of warm massage stones or bamboo rods to any 60 or 90-minute session. Combined with therapeutic hands-on techniques, the stones or bamboo rods penetrate heat to the muscles to further relieve tension and create a deeper sense of relaxation. **(Please request this upgrade when booking your session).

Injury Therapy

Specialized techniques are used to help the body recover from recent injuries or chronic pain including but not limited to: limited range of motion, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff, joint replacement or other surgeries.

Isometric Muscle and Body Balancing (IMBB)

IMBB is a technique that is used to help eliminate pain and bring the body back into balance. This allows the muscles to correct any poor postural patterns that may exist.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage or Lymphatic Therapy (MLD)

Specific light, relaxing  techniques are used to encourage the movement of congested, built-up or stagnant lymph (fluid in the body) that can be caused by surgeries, strains or sprains. Lymphatic fluid is gently flushed out of the system. MLD can help reduce edema (swelling) after surgeries, sprains or strains and help clients suffering with tight limbs caused by Lymphedema or Lipedema.  This technique also helps with the recovery process following a tummy tuck, a BBL, liposuction, facial or body plastic surgery, an illness or can help with

the debilitating symptoms from auto-immune disorders (Diabetes, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis) post-surgical or oncology procedures. Compression Garment fitting is also available.

Please refer to our BBL/MLD FAQ Page to better understand what we offer and the expectations for this type of treatment.

Massage Cupping and
Face Cupping for Lifting and Drainage

Cupping helps to wake up the body, make it feel invigorated and produce a level of healing through nervous system sedation. It stimulates the skin by increasing circulation and promoting hydration while loosening rigid tissue and draining lymph. Cupping works deeper by loosening adhesions to help stimulate healthy elimination of accumulated debris in the tissues, organs and systems.
Face Cupping is a relaxing and calming technique that helps to reduce swelling and congestion in the face.

Migraine, Sinus and Tension Headache Relief

Prenatal and Postnatal Massage
For mothers to be, the relaxing and nurturing prenatal massage treatment relieves tension, alleviates swelling and promotes circulation. This massage treatment is for women in their second or third trimester of pregnancy. Once full term, acupressure points can be used to help ease stress and encourage delivery.

New mothers can benefit from postnatal sessions to help restore posture and allow the body to recover and restore balance.

Reflexology for the Sole

Our Certified Integrative Reflexologists will use pressure points to stimulate the nervous system to release tension. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion in order to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Our 60 minute session focuses on feet, while our 90 minute session includes feet, hands and ears. Focused reflex points can be added during any massage session or an abbreviated version can be booked as a 30-minute session. Unless combined with a massage treatment, a client will stay fully clothed but remove footwear.

Reiki (Energy Therapy)

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Sports Massage

Whether a weekend warrior or an elite professional, this massage is designed with the athlete in mind. Therapists use stretching and sport massage techniques to aid in muscle rest and recovery to help improve flexibility and circulation.
