Relay for Life 2016 Events benefitting the American Cancer Society

Our Oncology Massage and Lymphedema Specialist, Christine Hunter, donated free massages at both the Hampton and Newport News events for the cancer survivors and caregivers.  Both events we enjoyed wonderful weather and a great turnout!  Visit cancer.org to learn more about this cause and how you can help with cancer research.

Essential Therapeutic Massage Therapists provided free massages as a way to say thank you for everyone who doanted to this wonderful fundraiser.  There were 1,000 tickets sold and we provided chair massage to 57 folks who stopped at our booth.

 

This event was a fun-filled evening with DANCING to Bill Deal's Original Rhondels and folks enjoyed an All-You-Care-To-Eat seafood buffet!  DONATIONS benefit Kiwanis & The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula!

Freedom 424 Run in Newport News, VA 3/7/2015

 

This year’s Hampton Roads Run 4 Their Lives event was held on March 7, 2015, at the Mariner’s Museum and Park. Over 300 runners were signed up for this event. Run 4 Their Lives is a Freedom 4/24 event that raises awareness and funds to bring sexually exploited women and children into freedom.  

Free massages were offered for all who particiapted (runners, walkers and volunteers alike) at the Freedom 424 Event held on March 7, 2015.
